The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property during day time
Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
Smoking or Hukkah is strictly not permitted inside the villa.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool as well as any outdoor areas of the villa.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool.
Guests are earnestly requested to treat the villa facilities with care.

Amazing property. Brand new. We stayed here for 2 nights with family. Location is awesome. Just 3 kilometers from expressway. Near to Della adventures. Nice mountain views. In monsoon it's even more beautiful. Everything feels top notch. Very well maintained. Pool is nice and clean. Living area is spacious and nicely done. Bedrooms are luxurious. Washrooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped in case you want to cook your own food. State of the art home theater system. Caretaker also supportive and cooks nice food. Nice restaurants within 5kms. If you are in a group and want to spend some quite time then it's better option than any hotels / resorts nearby and economical too. Overall excellent.
Wow..visited this property in month of April it was really spacious and beautiful. This property has one of the best view .they also have Theater room which is worth watching.Hospitality and food was awesome.. they do have swimming pool we had lot of fun. Every room has its own bathroom

Fantastic stay. The movie theater room was the highlight of our stay. You can imagine watching India vs Pakistan on a home theatre. . The place looks really new.,freshly painted, lovely interiors. New bathroom fittings and ,a kitchen with adequate utensils to use. The swimming pool is clean and perfect for 2 / 3 people to play around. ..
